GoalieCore
Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Who we are
GoalieCore is operated by Joel Prud'homme (Gatineau, Québec, Canada). For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@goaliecore.com.
What we collect
From our sign-in provider (Auth0): an account identifier, and your email address and name when the provider shares them. What you enter: your name, your goalie or coach profile (team, level, seasons and other details you choose to add; never a date of birth), profile photos, games, results and notes. What you upload or create: game videos, shot marks, clips, highlight reels, and coach reviews (comments, drawings, tags and voice notes).
What we don’t collect
GoalieCore never sees your password: you type it only on the sign-in provider’s page. We don’t ask for payment details: early access is free and nothing is billed. We don’t use advertising or third-party analytics.
Who can see your data
Your games are private to your account. A coach sees only the games you share through a connection you accept, and you can end a share at any time. Your profile and highlight reel are visible to you and to the coaches you connect; public goalie pages are not open. The operator can access stored data to run the service, answer support requests and keep it secure.
Where it is stored
Accounts and game records are stored with Railway (servers in the eastern United States). Videos, clips and photos are stored in Cloudflare R2. Sign-in is provided by Auth0. These providers process data on the operator’s behalf to run GoalieCore.
Cookies
Only necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in (it ends after 2 hours without activity, or 12 hours at most), one protects the sign-in step (10 minutes), and one remembers your language (1 year). No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
A full game video is kept until you delete it, once its clips are ready, or until you delete its game. Clips, marks, reels and reviews are kept until you delete the game or your account is deleted. Copies made to protect the service (database backups) can still contain deleted data until those backups are removed.
Training and research
When shots are marked, GoalieCore keeps short clips around them (training evidence) with the game, and deletes them with it. Footage and marks are not used to train software unless the goalie’s owner recorded permission on the Account page, and no new permission is accepted during early access. Research enrollment is closed.
Your choices
In GoalieCore you can correct your profile, end any share, and delete games and full videos at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct something you can’t edit, or delete your account, write to support@goaliecore.com.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
